Do you remember the moment you knew it? You knew on a job site that you got this. That your experience and knowledge will lead to a successful completion of the project. 

I remember mine! And in today’s episode, I am sharing a personal triumph story – a blast from my past, but has a very cool lesson which I hope will inspire you to become confident in yourself, your knowledge, and your experience and that you can handle whatever comes next. 

Now, knowing this doesn’t mean you will always have the right answer. It doesn’t mean you’re going to ’wow’ the client. But it does mean you are confident in yourself, your knowledge, and your experience and that you can handle whatever comes next. 

You’ve likely had this experience in lots of areas of your life. Whether that’s motherhood, or another job, decorating projects, as a wife, all sorts of opportunities where you just said, “I know it. I got it. I’m so confident.” 

And THAT’S what I want for all of you.  

I haven’t always felt this way. I was you at one point. 

In today’s episode, I am sharing my story with you, where I remember going through this feeling of knowing I got this. 

I know you can have this feeling too.

It is incredibly complicated when you first start in renovation management. There’s new language, contractors, processes, procedures, and things that you don’t deal with in the decorating side of your business. But that’s ok. Those are things you can learn. 

Having confidence in your construction project will allow you to:

1. Move the project forward 

2. Do it successfully 

3. Let’s be honest – We do beautiful for a living! 

That’s the trifecta. So when you can create that and come up with a solution that will be that trifecta, that’s your moment. 

Will you stumble again? Hell yeah. But remember, they are stumbles, not falls. When you know in your heart you have the experience and knowledge, you can figure anything out.
